1983-1997 Developed and was Chief of the Pain Treatment Service at Lenox Hill Hospital in the departments of Medicine and Psychiatry (New York).
1977 Co-founded the first Pain Center in New York City, the Montefiore Pain Treatment Center in the Department of Anesthesiology.
